Delivery and Returns
We aim to send orders out to the customer the same day we receive them, Monday to Friday. However sometimes this isn't possible due to the couriers collection times on the specific day. Our standard delivery service is three working days, however sometimes it might be later than estimated, sometimes it could be earlier. Once we have dispatched the item, it is up to the designated courier to get the package to you. If you need something quickly, or tracked along the way, then please contact us before ordering.
Krystalight will accept returns of unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase but please note that as some of our products are one-off / unique an exchange may not be possible. Please note that Earrings are NOT eligible for return. Please contact us for authorisation before returning. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels are not provided.
Notification of damaged of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods should be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Please contact us with details including pictures of the damaged items
