Our product information lists safety guidelines for products such as candles, incense and smudge. Any product which involves the use of matches, lighters or fire should always be used with care. Burning candles, incense, smudge and incense resins should never be left unattended.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Krystalight be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our service or products.

Warranties

Where applicable our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, with the exception of bulbs, candles, oils, incense and sage which are considered consumables.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. All online payments are securely processed by Stripe, Klarna or Clearpay, leading global payment providers. Phone and in-person payments will be processed by SumUp. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored by us.

Delivery

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Legal Liability

The contracts from the sales of goods by Krystalight.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by UK law.

Liability of Krystalight.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Holisticshop.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Prices

All prices displayed include VAT and 3 day standard delivery.
